Health, Shipping & Returns
Here at Fluffy Pomeranian Home, it is well known that selecting a puppy is purely an emotion-driven choice and not just a simple sale. A dog is not making a house a home, after all, a new family member and a little spirit who will become a part of your life, your daily habits, your joy, and your reminiscences are being brought in. This is the main reason we do so much for your new four-legged friend’s safe delivery to you, why we are committed to making sure they are in the best health, and why we are prepared for them to love you.
From the time our Pomeranian puppies are born, we invest a great deal of love, time, and attention in them. We don't do things the easy way. We don't let quality or principles drop. Qualities of life are considered as much as possible by every dog we raise, which is in the house, out of our hands, and out of our hearts, and it is for this reason that we are very happy to offer a written health guarantee to each adoption along with it.
Our health guarantee does not just stand on its own—it is a promise from us to you. Before any of our Fluffy Pomeranian puppies are fully released, they are thoroughly checked by our vet, and they are all vaccinated and dewormed in accordance with their age. Through their first weeks, they are all carefully watched to make sure they are very healthy and have good growth. We never let anyone take the puppy until we are fully assured of their readiness - both physically, emotionally, and developmentally.
We promise that for one whole year starting from the time of adoption, your dog will not have any life-threatening congenital or genetic issues. Suppose in a very rare situation, a licensed vet is able to detect a hereditary disease in the puppy within that time; in that case, we will give you the choice of either a replacement or work with you on a solution depending on the nature of the problem and the terms we agree on. Because it is not about what is written but what is right.
In order for the guarantee to still be valid, we require that you bring the dog to a veterinarian with a license within 72 hours after receiving the dog. This first sickness prevention inspection is also essential as it sets a standard for your little dog’s long-term care schedule. What we also require is for your dog to receive regular vet visits, be properly fed, vaccinated, and live in a safe and loving home- because the guarantee only holds if we both do our part.
Now, let’s talk about shipping. It is clear to us that not everyone lives near enough to our place to drive there. But it doesn’t mean you can’t have the fun of a Fluffy Pomeranian joining your family. We give you the option for a delivery that is easy, dependable and done with great empathy, not only anywhere in the US but in some other countries as well, with the utmost safety assured.
If you are to ship the dog, we understand that this might make you feel nervous. That is why we treat every delivery just like we would be sending a part of our heart to the new home- which is, truth be told, exactly what we are doing. Before your dog travels, we ensure that they are fully at rest, they have been given enough food and are completely at ease. We gently do this by providing the softest bedding, puppy pads for the bottom, a snuggle item with the familiar scent, and occasionally the favorite toy along to keep the little one company. They move in airline-approved crates that are made for their safety and comfort, with identification and instructions.
Flight nanny services are our main option for pet air transport. Normally, the flight is in the hold. But with a flight nanny, your pet is carried solely by a professional who takes, comforts, and keeps an eye on them. You get immediate info, and when your pet has arrived at their destination, it is handed over to you face-to-face at the airport. It is as secure as it is personal and full of love.
The ground option also assures that service will be temperature-limited in a special vehicle, with regular comm checks, potty breaks and personal attention. The drivers we partner with are very devoted to animals—they are not delivery workers, but rather, animal lovers with experience and love.
Cost of shipping is not fixed and varies according to where you are, when you want the shipment and how you want it to be done. After finding out if you are closer to the place of delivery or going to pick up your pet at the airport, we will share with you all the options, prices, and logistics available. The process is done in a very smooth and stress-free way since we are handling the coordination part for you.
We also put together a tiny pamper pack for your pet, which usually contains their vaccine record, a starter bag of food, a blanket with mom’s scent, and a few tips to facilitate the transition into your home. The first moment your puppy will be with you, and he will feel safe, loved, and straight at home.
We pledge to stand by you regardless of your location, once your bundle of joy has arrived, our commitment to you is not over. We’ll be here to answer questions, give guidance, and cheer you on in your journey as a new Pomeranian parent. Years later, some families we’ve worked with come back just to tell their stories, ask for help and send us pictures of their furry little friends. That really is the sweetest thing for us.
In short, whether you are far or near, whether this is the first time you get a Pomeranian or the fifth time, you are allowed to believe in us that our treatment of your pup will be the same as ours for our own dog. Because at Fluffy Pomeranian Home, each and every one of those little wagging tails was raised with love.
By all means, let us handle everything, and all you would have to do is open your heart, arms, and front door. Your little bundle of joy will be on their way soon.
